Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on any perishable items, including our brownie gift boxes. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accommodate returns.

We take great care in preparing and packaging our brownies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your brownie gift box is damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a refund or replacement, kindly provide the following information:

  3. Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable).

Shipping Damage: If your brownies arrive damaged, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.
